The "Dinner for 2" on the Lake Millstätter See is organised by KOLLERs Hotel****SUPERIOR in Seeboden am M. S.. At sunset, a motorboat takes the dinner guests to the restaurant with a single table on Lake Millstätter See. A well-coordinated kitchen team and a personal waiter ensure that the couple can enjoy course after course of delicacies from the region. The dinner guests are welcomed with a glass of champagne on the beach of KOLLER's hotel ****S at 6.00 pm. A motorboat then takes the couple to the dinner island in the middle of the lake. Here the couple is welcomed by the waiter. He accompanies the guests throughout the evening, but leaves the dinner raft after each course.
By the time the waiter has served the menu, it is usually 8.30 pm, sometimes even 9 pm. Many guests order another bottle of wine and arrange a pick-up time with the waiter. This is then entirely up to the couple.
The team at Hotel KOLLERs serves a 7-course gourmet menu that is seasonal. In the asparagus season, asparagus can be found in the menu, followed by chanterelles in August. Special emphasis is placed on integrating regional products such as Lake Millstatt fish and meat from local farmers into the menu.
The ‘"inner for 2" on Lake Millstätter See includes a motorboat transfer to/from the raft, an aperitif (in the boat or on the raft, as desired) and a 7-course gourmet menu (greeting from the kitchen - cold starter - soup - warm starter - sorbetto - main course - dessert).
